	SATURDAY MOBILE MARKET First Time Volunteer Instructions: The following information is provided for your convenience. Our heart’s desire is for you to connect with a sweet community of volunteers, Neighbors, and CRC Staff. Cindy Ramsey Center - tours and first-time visitor orientations will be provided at 7:10 am. Parking: Park near the playground in the volunteer parking area. Pre-Registration & Kiosk: We ask all volunteers to check in at our kiosk at Volunteer Check-In inside the building, or by using the Causer App. The Kiosk is found at Volunteer Check-In. Individual volunteers and teams should plan to check in at the Volunteer Check-In Kiosk found inside the building. Volunteer Check-In Entrance: Volunteers should enter following the feather-flags signs and volunteer check in signed areas. Walk on the sidewalk towards the feather-flag. At the end of the sidewalk, you will see double doors. The door will be open 20 minutes before your shift. Dress: Dress in t-shirts, jeans, or pants. Shoes should be closed-toe - we recommend a tennis shoe or hiking boot. Crocs, slip-ons, and house shoes are not recommended. Closures: Closures due to weather will be posted on social media sites. Follow any links provided for policies and procedures. CRC will follow Keller Independent School District closures. When you pre-register for a shift, this action allows us to communicate with you. However, if you registered a team, only the leader and those who provided contact emails will be contacted. Community Service Hours (for students, NJHS, NHS, College Applications, and Green Cord): Email Abby Gallardo at agallardo@cindyramseycenter.org or bring paperwork with you. Turn it in when you check in. Volunteer hours are registered through our volunteer management portal. Please create an account. Having an account gives registrants access to view any hours under his/her profile. Effective Update Immediate: As of November 2025, the CRC no longer accepts court-ordered hours for adults or teens.
